When trying to figure out how you would like to structure your business,
it can be daunting.
You may look into forming an LLC or starting a Non Profit organization,
but that takes time, money, research and paperwork.
If you are indecisive on which direction you would like to take, look into registering for a DBA
(Doing Business As) especially if you're a sole proprietor.
Doing business as (DBA) means your business operates under a name that is different from your legal, registered name.
It's a simpler and least expensive way to start your business.
My advice is to start small and operate under your business name.
