Separate Your Business and Personal Funds

When you have business and personal expenses, it is not wise to intermingle your funds in the same bank account.

You have to differentiate the two especially when it comes time to do your taxes.

When you have separate accounts, you're able to monitor your business sells, expenses, as well as the people you pay to provide a service to you.

My advice is to have two separate checking accounts, one for your personal and one for your business.

I also advise that you have two separate savings account, one for personal and one for business.

This way your books and records are clean and thorough when it's time to do your taxes.
